We operate the most advanced laser cutting systems in the industry using the latest software to produce parts for numerous industries including aerospace, automotive, defense, agriculture and marine.

Laser Cutting Capabilities

Advance Industries Group can laser cut parts from a wide range of materials in many widths and lengths up to 60 by 120 inches. Capabilities include:

  • Mild Steel – up to 5/16” thick
  • Stainless Steel – up to I/4” thick (clean cut)
  • Aluminum – up to 3/16” thick (clean cut)
  • Exotic Alloys – up to 3/16” thick (clean cut), including Titanium, Hastelloy, Inconel and Nickel

Joining and Assembly

Advance Industries’ metal joining equipment includes MIG, TIG and spot welding. We
shape metal, and then form parts to fabricate custom components and integrated assemblies.

Finishing

Advance Industries can apply a variety of finishes to formed metal parts using our fully equipped electrostatic wet paint spray booths and
large capacity powder coating lines.
